Responsibilities
As an Insurance Defense Attorney, you will:

• Litigate cases from inception through resolution, including trial and mediation

• Conduct legal research and provide strategic recommendations to clients

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery responses

• Take and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and coordinate with experts

• Work closely with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams to deliver results

Qualifications
The ideal Insurance Defense Attorney will have:

• J.D. from an accredited law school

• Active law license in good standing

• 3+ years of insurance defense litigation experience

• Strong advocacy, research, and writing skills

• Ability to manage a busy docket independently while collaborating with colleagues
