Staffing Coordinator – Competitive Pay + Full Benefits
We are seeking a detail-oriented, people-focused Staffing Coordinator with Nursing home home staffing experience to join our team. In this role, you will ensure patients receive the right level of care by matching them with qualified caregivers and maintaining efficient staffing schedules.
Assess patient needs and assign the most appropriate caregivers
Schedule caregivers for permanent cases and open shifts
Communicate hiring needs to the recruitment team
Coordinate case updates and changes with internal departments
Support daily office workflow, including phones and correspondence
Friendly, professional demeanor with a positive attitude
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Experience supporting general office operations
Team-oriented with a willingness to learn
