Superintendent – Phoenix, AZ

A nationally ranked general contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead ground-up and renovation projects across the Phoenix market, including K-12, higher education, municipal, healthcare, and commercial builds. This role will oversee field operations on projects exceeding $10M, ensuring schedule, safety, and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily onsite construction activities from start to finish

• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and inspections

• Enforce safety protocols and maintain quality control

• Drive projects to completion on time and within scope

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial construction

• Proven experience managing projects $10M+

• Strong leadership and scheduling skills

Compensation & Perks:

• Base salary up to $120K + bonus structure
