Associate Attorney – HOA/Condo | Florida (Remote Option Available)

A respected Florida law firm is seeking an experienced HOA/Condo Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join its growing practice. This role offers the opportunity to handle both litigation and general counsel matters for condominium and homeowners’ associations, with the flexibility to work remotely if needed.

What They’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience representing HOAs and condominium associations

  • Strong background in litigation, including depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials

  • General counsel experience advising boards on governance, compliance, and day-to-day operational issues

  • Excellent client service and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with boards and property managers

  • Member of the Florida Bar in good standing

What You’ll Do

  • Represent condominium and homeowners’ associations in litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution

  • Advise boards on governing documents, statutory compliance, contracts, and operational matters

  • Draft and review governing documents, amendments, and contracts

  • Conduct board meetings, elections, and provide day-to-day guidance to boards and property managers

  • Develop litigation strategies tailored to client objectives and cost management
