- Ensure all parts meet strict dimensional and cosmetic quality standards (often ±0.0002”–0.0005” tolerances)
- Follow ISO 13485, FDA-regulated manufacturing processes, and internal quality system procedures
- Document production data, inspection results, and process adjustments in compliance with quality system requirements
- Troubleshoot machining issues and implement corrective actions to maintain quality and efficiency
- Collaborate with quality, engineering, and validation teams on process improvements and first article inspections (FAI)

- Familiarity with ISO 13485, FDA QSR, or similar quality systems
- CNC programming experience (G-code or conversational Swiss programming)
- Experience with multi-axis Swiss turning centers and live tooling
- Exposure to validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ) and first article inspection processes
- Experience working in cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environments
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods in a manufacturing environment
- Must be able to lift up to 30–50 lbs occasionally
