Income Partner – Commercial Litigation

My client, a national litigation platform, is seeking a senior litigator to join its Seattle office in a true working-partner model—designed for attorneys who want to stay close to the work, lead their own cases, and maintain direct client relationships.

This is not a layered, top-down law firm. Partners are trusted to run their matters, make decisions, and drive outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead commercial litigation matters from intake through resolution
  • Serve as first chair on depositions, hearings, and trials
  • Advise clients directly on case strategy and risk
  • Manage all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, and motion practice
  • Handle matters in both state and federal court

What They’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of commercial litigation experience
  • Licensed in Washington (additional jurisdictions a plus)
  • Proven ability to independently manage cases end-to-end
  • Strong deposition, oral argument, and trial experience
  • Background in insurance coverage and/or bad faith litigation is a plus
  • Experience in a sophisticated firm environment (national, regional, or strong boutique)

Compensation

  • $270,000 – $300,000 base, with top industry production bonuses

This role is best suited for a litigator who values autonomy, ownership, and the ability to stay actively engaged in the practice of law within a strong national platform.
