The Practice

You’ll handle cases from inception through resolution, including:

• Early case assessment and coverage coordination

• Managing complex discovery

• Depositions of professionals and expert witnesses

• Dispositive motion practice

• Mediations and trial preparation

These are nuanced cases requiring strategic thinking — not volume file handling.

What They’re Looking For

• 5+ years of litigation experience

• Experience in professional liability, E&O, or complex civil defense preferred

• Strong analytical and writing skills

• Ability to manage files independently

• South Carolina Bar admission

Experience defending design professionals or legal malpractice is a plus but not required.
