Healthcare Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Superintendent to lead field operations on healthcare construction projects. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, ensuring strict compliance with healthcare construction standards, and delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities for healthcare projects

• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and sequencing

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and infection control requirements

• Maintain project schedule and field documentation

• Work closely with project managers, owners, and design teams

• Enforce quality control and resolve field issues

Qualifications

• 5+ years of superintendent experience

• Healthcare construction experience required

• Strong understanding of safety, compliance, and field operations

• Ability to manage complex, occupied facility environments
