Multifamily Senior Estimator

We are seeking a Senior Estimator to lead estimating efforts for multifamily construction projects. This role is responsible for preparing accurate bids and supporting preconstruction efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid proposals

• Analyze drawings, specifications, and scope documents

• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor pricing

• Support value engineering and preconstruction planning

• Maintain historical cost data

Qualifications

• 5+ years estimating experience

• Multifamily construction experience required

• Strong analytical and pricing skills

• Experience with estimating software preferred
