Multifamily Superintendent

We are seeking a Multifamily Superintendent to oversee residential construction projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for managing field operations and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily construction site operations

• Coordinate subcontractors and field teams

• Maintain project schedule and quality standards

• Ensure jobsite safety compliance

• Coordinate inspections and municipal requirements

Qualifications

• 5+ years superintendent experience

• Multifamily construction experience required

• Strong leadership and scheduling skills

• Ability to manage fast-paced projects
