Masonry Site Supervisor – Commercial Brick & Block
A leading masonry contractor is seeking an experienced Masonry Supervisor to oversee field operations and support project execution across commercial construction projects. This is a strong opportunity to join a company with a solid backlog of work and a reputation for delivering high-quality masonry on complex builds.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong commercial masonry background who can manage crews, coordinate daily operations, and ensure projects stay on schedule while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee daily masonry operations on commercial and multifamily job sites · Supervise field crews and support Foremen in driving production · Coordinate schedules, manpower, and material deliveries · Ensure all brick, block (CMU), and stone work meets project specifications · Maintain quality control across all phases of masonry work · Enforce job site safety and ensure OSHA compliance · Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and construction drawings · Communicate updates with Superintendents, Project Managers, and leadership · Assist in resolving field issues and maintaining project timelines
Qualifications
· 4–9+ years of masonry experience with leadership responsibilities · Strong experience with commercial masonry (CMU, brick veneer, structural block) · Experience supervising crews or supporting multiple foremen · Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications · Proven ability to manage production and job site operations · Stable work history within masonry or commercial construction · Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Compensation and Benefits
