A premier, high-stakes personal injury firm is seeking a seasoned Litigation Attorney to join their Bellevue, Washington office. This firm is dedicated to representing plaintiffs in complex, life-altering cases, ranging from motor vehicle accidents to catastrophic brain injuries.

Practice Area Focus

The firm specializes in high-value plaintiff litigation across several key areas:

  • Transportation: Motor vehicle, trucking, and commercial accidents.
  • Liability: Premises liability, construction accidents, and product liability.
  • Complex Torts: Medical malpractice and catastrophic injury/wrongful death.
  • Specialized Injuries: Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI) and spinal cord injuries.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of dedicated personal injury litigation experience. Plaintiff-side experience is strongly preferred.
  • Litigation Prowess: Must have extensive experience handling cases from inception through trial, including depositions, mediations, and courtroom advocacy.
  • Licensure: Active member in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association.
  • Location: Ability to work on-site at the Bellevue, WA office.

Compensation & Exceptional Benefits

This firm offers a highly competitive financial package designed to reward performance and business development:

  • Base Salary: $160,000 – $200,000 (commensurate with experience).
  • Origination Bonus
  • Performance Incentives: Quarterly bonuses based on milestones and results.

  • Retirement: 401(k) plan with firm participation.
  • Hybrid Model: After an initial 90-day integration period, attorneys are eligible for a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office / 2 days remote)
