Position Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience working in an office
• Skilled in adminstrative tasks such as answering the phone, greeting customers, responding to emails, etc
• Responsible for payroll, taxes, invoices, etc
• Experience with Quick Books
• Can deal effectively with clients and customers
• Experience working in an engineering firm preferred
• Pleasant and professional demeanor
