What You Bring to the Firm

We are seeking an attorney with actual litigation experience—someone who has a proven track record of taking the fight to the insurance companies and winning.

Requirements:

  • Proven Litigation Record: Extensive experience managing a Plaintiff’s caseload from intake through resolution. You must be comfortable handling depositions, drafting substantive motions, and preparing for trial.
  • Injury Experience: Substantial experience in Personal Injury (experience on either the Plaintiff or Defense side is welcomed, provided you have the heart of a Plaintiff’s advocate).
  • Courtroom Confidence: You aren't afraid of a "hot" file or a contested hearing; you are a strategic thinker who knows how to maximize case value.
  • Licensure: Must be licensed to practice law in Washington
