Industrial Sales & Marketing Manager – Valve Automation Focus

We’re looking for a driven industrial sales leader to take ownership of a largely untapped valve automation market and turn it into a major growth channel. If you know how to open doors, sell technical solutions, and create momentum where none exists—this is your opportunity.
What You’ll Do
- Drive and expand valve automation sales across industrial and manufacturing sectors
- Identify and penetrate underdeveloped markets with strong upside
- Prospect, develop, and close new business—this is a true hunter role
- Build relationships with plant managers, engineers, and decision-makers
- Execute a focused go-to-market strategy around automation and efficiency
- Partner with internal teams to deliver tailored technical solutions
- Track performance, adjust strategy, and continuously improve results
- Travel as needed to win and grow business

What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in industrial or technical B2B sales
- Experience in manufacturing, processing, energy, or related industries
- Exposure to valves, automation, controls, or mechanical systems preferred
- Hunter mentality—comfortable creating opportunities from scratch
- Strong communication skills across technical and executive audiences
