Plaintiff’s Trucking Litigation Attorney
Location: Dallas, TX

I am working directly with leadership at a well-established, high-volume plaintiff-side litigation platform that is seeking a Plaintiff’s Trucking Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join its Dallas office. This team is deeply focused on catastrophic injury and commercial trucking cases and provides significant internal support so attorneys can focus on litigation strategy, client advocacy, and trial work.

This is an opportunity for a Plaintiff’s Trucking Litigation Attorney to step into a system that is built for high performance. The platform is structured, metrics-driven, and designed to allow attorneys to handle sophisticated cases with the backing of a full litigation team, medical support staff, and dedicated trial resources.

The salary for this role is market-competitive and commensurate with experience, with generous performance-based bonuses.

What We Need

• 5+ years of experience as a Plaintiff’s Trucking Litigation Attorney handling commercial carrier cases
• Proven experience managing trucking and catastrophic injury cases from the filing of a lawsuit through resolution, with a focus exclusively on litigation (no pre-litigation background)
• Courtroom experience, including arguing hearings and handling key litigation events
• Experience taking and defending expert depositions, including accident reconstructionists, medical experts, economists, and industry specialists
• Strong understanding of liability frameworks involving commercial carriers and multi-party litigation
• Ability to manage a litigation docket (typically 30–55 cases, depending on the complexity mix)
• Comfortable working in a structured, metrics-driven environment with accountability
• Demonstrated stability in work history and ability to operate within a team-based system
• Trial experience or meaningful second-chair experience strongly preferred
• Experience handling at least 10+ trucking cases is highly valued
