Gpac just partnered with a growing Manufacturing company seeking a Night Shift Supervisor, 4PM – 2:30AM.  Monday – Thursday 

This position is in your backyard.

Position Summary:

 Responsible for supervising employees engaged in machining, general shop operations, and mechanical assembly. This role also requires hands-on involvement in assembly work when supervisory duties are not the primary focus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily activities of machining, shop, and assembly personnel 
• Ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and to quality standards 
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the team 
• Step in to perform mechanical assembly work as needed 
• Proven ability to lead, manage, and maintain control of a team 
• Experience in machining, shop operations, and/or mechanical assembly preferred
