What you’ll be doing
This is a hands-on leadership role supporting production across multiple areas as needed.
Lead production teams and support daily operations on the floor
Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met
Oversee start-ups, changeovers, and shift transitions
Monitor and improve performance (OEE, productivity, downtime)
Work closely with Quality and Maintenance to keep operations running smoothly
Coach, train, and develop team members
Maintain compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards
What we’re looking for
3+ years of experience in a production leadership role (Supervisor, Lead, etc.)
Experience in food, beverage, or other regulated manufacturing preferred
Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, or SQF environments
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Someone who leads from the floor and supports their team
