🚨 Associate Attorney - Civil Litigation – Charlotte, NC (Hybrid) 🚨

URGENT HIRE | Actively Interviewing | 2+ Years Experience

⚖️ What they’re looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in the areas of commercial litigation, insurance defense, professional liability defense, and/or construction defect litigation.
• This position will develop strategies for litigated matters, including commercial, regulatory, product liability, premises liability, motor vehicle negligence, personal injury, construction defect, professional liability, and insurance-coverage matters.
• Strong litigation background (motions, depositions, case strategy)
• Licensed and in good standing with an active NC Bar
• This is a high-impact role for an attorney ready to step up, take ownership of cases, and grow within a stable, collaborative firm.

Salary commensurate with candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
