CONSTRUCTION TRAVELING SUPERINTENDENT

An established general contractor is looking to add a Superintendent to their projects in the Southeast immediately. This is an organization that builds by their core values and treats their employees like family. This company serves several markets including light industrial, warehouse, and manufacturing.  

TRAVELING COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Must have lead light industrial construction projects

· Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent

· Must have experience leading ground up, diverse light instrustial projects from inception to completion

· Ability to manage and run projects from $10M to $50M

· Strong communication skills with Project Manager, Subcontractor's and Owner's

· Maintain the job schedule to bring projects in on time and under budget

· Daily logs of job activity including compiling change orders in a timely manner

· Ability to identify and solve problems

· Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
