Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Estimator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with 3+ years of experience who is looking to focus their career on preconstruction and estimating.

We are open to a variety of backgrounds, including:

• Project Engineers with strong estimating exposure or rotations
• Assistant Project Managers or PM/Estimators looking to transition into a dedicated estimating role
• Estimators coming from commercial or multifamily construction backgrounds

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for ground-up commercial construction projects
• Perform quantity take-offs and analyze drawings, specifications, and bid documents
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor bids
• Assist with budgeting, conceptual estimates, and value engineering
• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and ownership during preconstruction
• Identify cost risks and opportunities throughout the bidding process
• Maintain accurate documentation and estimate tracking

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in estimating or a related construction role
• Experience with ground-up construction projects preferred
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
• Experience with takeoff and estimating software
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
