We are looking to identify a Family Law Paralegal to our well-respected client’s established practice in Phoenix, Arizona.

This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-to-senior level family law paralegal seeking a stable environment, meaningful case involvement, and the potential for a hybrid work schedule.

Position: Family Law Paralegal (Mid–Senior Level)

About the Role

This role involves supporting attorneys in a variety of family law matters, including high-asset and complex cases. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare family law pleadings, motions, and legal documents
• Manage case files from intake through resolution
• Coordinate and track deadlines, court filings, and calendaring
• Assist with discovery, disclosures, and document organization
• Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
• Support attorneys in trial preparation and hearings
• Maintain accurate and organized case records

Qualifications

• 3+ years of family law paralegal experience (preferred mid–senior level)
• Strong experience with pleadings, filings, and case management
• Confortable with handling your own administrative work
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Experience with Arizona court procedures preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $80,000 – $100,000 DOE
