A well-established, growth-oriented food manufacturer in Southern Wisconsin is seeking a Plant Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for either:
✔️ A proven leader with plant management experience
✔️ Or a rising star ready to step up into their first Plant Manager role with development and mentorship support.

Lead plant operations: production, maintenance, quality, sanitation, budget
Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMPs, USDA/FDA, SQF/FSMA
Drive capital projects, cost savings, and process improvements
Partner with senior leadership on strategic planning
Build and coach teams for performance and engagement
Food manufacturing leadership (dairy/cheese preferred; smoked meats a plus)
Strong knowledge of food safety & regulatory compliance
Hands-on, floor-present leader with proven team development skills
$90,000–$115,000 DOE
