This company is actively seeking a driven and experienced Construction Project Manager to support company expansion. They are looking for a motivated professional with strong residential/commercial expertise and insurance claim knowledge to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and wants to play a key role in building a strong restoration brand in the Orange County market.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in construction project management
• Experience managing projects from start to finish (ground-up or TI preferred)
• Strong knowledge of daily production and job site operations
• Estimation experience is a plus
• Ability to manage projects averaging ~$50K in size
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple jobs simultaneously
• Strong communication skills with clients, subs, and internal teams

Job Overview:

• Oversee construction projects from initiation through completion
• Manage daily production, schedules, subcontractors, and budgets
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the lifecycle
• Monitor job costs and profitability (gross margin focus)
• Maintain quality control and safety standards on all job sites
• Provide regular project updates and reporting
