Direcctor Of Nursing Needed For Senior Living Communities

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Director of Nursing to join our team.  In this role, you will play a vital role in leading and supporting our nursing staff, ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct clinical supervision and guidance to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, fostering a positive and supportive team environment.
• Oversee daily nursing operations, including staffing, scheduling, and workload management.
• Participate in performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance staff development.
• Lead and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure resident needs are holistically addressed.
• Contribute to the positive culture of the facility, promoting resident and staff satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred; Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Active RN license in the state of MINNESOTA.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a nursing home or similar healthcare setting.
• Demonstrated strong clinical skills and expertise in rehabilitation nursing.
• Proven ability to effectively motivate, mentor, and develop staff.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Collaborative and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
