Insurance Defense Associate Attorney

Job Description: Seeking a motivated and skilled Insurance Defense Attorney to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in insurance defense litigation and be adept at handling a variety of complex legal issues. This role involves managing cases from inception to resolution, including conducting depositions, drafting motions, and representing clients in court.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of insurance defense matters, including commercial litigation, property damage, and professional liability claims.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and mediations.
• Develop and implement case strategies and provide legal advice to clients.
• Negotiate settlements and work with experts to prepare cases for trial.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of solid experience in insurance defense litigation.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Proper bar Liscense.
• Strong understanding of insurance law and defense strategies.
• Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
