Become a Field Nurse Manager and make a difference in the lives of seniors!

You'll provide essential medical care, manage medications, and ensure their comfort and well-being.

Here's what you'll do:

• Assess residents' needs and create personalized care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor their health.
• Educate and train caregivers on proper care techniques.
• Collaborate with families and healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) WISCONSIN license Or LPN with at least 2 years of experience in geriatric nursing, preferably in a long-term care setting.
• Strong clinical skills and assessment abilities.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to providing exceptional care.
