Job Description

My client is seeking an experienced field leader with 5+ years in heavy civil and/or bridge projects. You will lead daily jobsite operations, supervise crews, ensure safety, coordinate with inspectors, and make confident field decisions. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years heavy civil or bridge construction experience
• Proven leadership managing crews and subcontractors
• Strong knowledge of plans, specs, and field execution
• Committed to safety, quality, and efficient project delivery

Daily Responsibilities include but not limited to

• Oversee all daily jobsite operations and direct field crews
• Plan and coordinate work activities, schedules, and subcontractors
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with OSHA standards
• Monitor quality to ensure work meets project plans, specs, and regulations
• Communicate with Project Managers, engineers, inspectors, and crews
• Manage equipment, materials, and deliveries on-site
• Track daily production, manpower, and job progress
• Identify and solve problems quickly to keep projects on schedule
• Maintain daily reports and document any changes or delays
• Monitor productivity and help control project costs
