Handle all phases of litigation, including responsive pleadings, discovery, and fact and plaintiff depositions
Assist in developing case strategy and evaluations under shareholder supervision
Work with expert witnesses
Participate in case negotiations
Prepare for and attend mediations
Support trial preparation
Communicate with clients and opposing counsel
