Diesel Technician Opportunity – Employee-Owned Company | Southeast ND

We’re currently partnering with a well-established, employee-owned company in Southeast North Dakota that is looking to add an experienced technician to their team. This is an opportunity to step into a key role where your skills are valued—and where you can also help mentor and support other technicians.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Working on engines, transmissions, diagnostics, and alignments
• Troubleshooting and repairing a variety of diesel equipment
• Assisting in training and mentoring less experienced team members

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–10 years of diesel technician experience
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skillset
• Ability to clearly communicate problems and solutions
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented

What’s Offered:

• $25–$50/hour, depending on experience
