Personal Injury Associate Attorney
Location:Ft. Worth, Texas
Experience: 3–7 Years
Compensation: Competitive base salary + bonus structure

A well-established litigation firm in Texas is seeking a Personal Injury Associate Attorney with 3–7 years of experience to join its growing plaintiff-side practice. This role offers the opportunity to manage meaningful injury cases while working closely with experienced trial attorneys in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution

  • Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses

  • Conduct depositions and participate in mediations and settlement negotiations

  • Work closely with clients, medical providers, and expert witnesses

  • Prepare cases for trial and assist in courtroom proceedings

  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex litigation strategy

Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of personal injury litigation experience (plaintiff-side preferred)

  • Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar

  • Strong litigation, negotiation, and legal writing skills

  • Experience managing cases independently with support from senior attorneys

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced litigation environment
