Structural Steel Erection Project Executive
We are seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead and oversee large-scale structural steel erection projects. This role is ideal for a high-level leader with a proven track record delivering complex, high-tonnage projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive oversight on multiple structural steel erection projects
- Lead project teams including project managers, superintendents, and field staff
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
- Oversee scheduling, manpower planning, and resource allocation
- Maintain strong relationships with general contractors, owners, and key stakeholders
- Drive project strategy, risk management, and problem resolution
- Support business development and help secure new high-profile projects
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in structural steel erection required
- Proven success delivering large, complex, or high-tonnage projects
(data centers, stadiums, convention centers, distribution centers, etc.)
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Deep understanding of field operations, sequencing, and erection methods
- Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
