If you’re a deal-driven corporate attorney with a portable book of business, this is your opportunity to plug into a serious growth platform.

A highly respected North Carolina firm is expanding its corporate practice and adding a 7–10-year Corporate M&A Attorney who can step in, lead transactions, and continue building.
This is not a support role, this is a client-facing, revenue-generating leadership opportunity.

💼  What You’ll Handle
You’ll represent clients in all aspects of commercial business and corporate finance transactions, including:

·      Leading mergers, acquisitions, divestitures & joint ventures from inception to closing
·      Structuring complex deals and managing risk
·      Conducting and overseeing legal due diligence
·      Drafting & negotiating sophisticated purchase agreements
·      Corporate finance transactions
·      Business restructuring & strategic transactions
·      Tax planning coordination
·      General contract negotiation and drafting
·      Corporate governance counseling
·      Advising business owners, executives & boards

You’ll work closely with tax and finance professionals to ensure seamless, well-structured transactions under tight deadlines.

⚖️  What You Bring
·      Active North Carolina License
·      7–10 years of sophisticated corporate transactional experience
·      Strong background in M&A and corporate finance
·      Portable book of business (required)
·      Ability to independently run complex deals
·      Strong client management and business development skills
