About the Role
We are seeking a business development driven and relationship-focused Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services
- Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to clients
- Resolve client issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Results-driven with a focus on client retention and growth
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
