Pre-Litigation Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney (1–3+ Years)
Location: Los Angeles, CA

A well-established and growing plaintiffs’ personal injury firm is seeking a Pre-Litigation Attorney with 1–3+ years of experience to join its Los Angeles office. This role offers the opportunity to manage cases from intake through settlement in a high-volume, client-focused environment.

The ideal candidate is comfortable handling a full caseload, enjoys working directly with clients, and has strong negotiation skills when dealing with insurance carriers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full caseload of pre-litigation personal injury matters from intake through resolution
  • Communicate regularly with clients and provide case updates
  • Evaluate liability, damages, and treatment progress
  • Review medical records and bills to assess case value
  • Negotiate with insurance adjusters to secure favorable settlements
  • Work closely with case managers and support staff to move cases efficiently

Qualifications:

  • 1–3+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience (pre-litigation preferred)
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Active California Bar admission required
