Experienced Bilingual Harvest Supervisor (HarvSupK18K)

       Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work closely and communicate effectively with the Commodity Manager
• Plan and carry out harvest activities and schedules
• Accurately estimate harvest volume on a day-to-day basis
• Work closely with harvest crews and oversee that quality standards are being met and maintained
• Travel to other regions in CA and AZ to oversee harvest

   

   

   Must Have Qualifications for Consideration:

   

• Fluent bilingual English/Spanish
• Ability to lead, develop, and manage crews
• Able to travel
• Full knowledge of safety regulations and ensure compliance with crews
• Must have a valid CA driver’s license and unrestricted work ability in the U.S.

This position will require travel, long hours, and dedication during harvest but can also lead to promotions as the company is known for promoting from within.
