Legal Recruiter (No Experience Required) 
Nationwide placements with small to mid-size law firms. We’ve trained the industry’s top producers from zero. We are looking for the correct mindset and desire to learn. Currently seeking the right candidate.  
The Role

  • Full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, pitch, close associates & partners.
  • Master cold calls, LinkedIn, intake, negotiation.
  • Zero experience required—we hire grit, speed, and drive.

You

  • Thrive in fast-paced chaos; handle rapid rejection.
  • Top 10% intellect; learn fast, adapt faster.
  • 4-year degree (any major); JD a plus.

Compensation

  • 100% uncapped commission
