We’re seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced litigation environment and brings solid Workers’ Compensation experience.
If you’re organized, confident managing multiple active files, and take pride in accuracy—this role is worth a look.
💼 What You’ll Do:
• Summarize medical records and discovery materials with precision
• Draft correspondence, pleadings, and other case-related documents
• Manage Workers’ Compensation files from intake through resolution
• Coordinate mediations, depositions, hearings, and deadlines
• Provide direct litigation support to attorneys in a busy practice
✅ MUST HAVE:
• Paralegal certificate OR paralegal/legal assistant certification/license
• 2+ years of paralegal or legal assistant experience (litigation preferred)
• Workers’ Compensation experience required
• Time billing experience required
• Medical record review & summarization experience required
