Structural Steel Project Manager – Erection

We are seeking a Structural Steel Project Manager to oversee the erection phase of structural steel projects from pre-construction through completion.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in field operations who can manage schedules, coordinate crews, and ensure projects are executed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage structural steel erection projects from kickoff through closeout
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and erection schedules
• Work closely with superintendents, detailers, and fabrication teams
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
• Track project progress, costs, and manpower
• Handle RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
• Maintain communication with general contractors and clients

Qualifications:

• Experience in structural steel erection required
• Background in project management and/or field supervision
• Strong understanding of erection sequencing and field operations
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
