🚨 Associate Attorney – Workers’ Compensation | Asheville, NC (Hybrid) 🚨

A respected law firm is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Associate Attorney to join its Asheville , NC office in a flexible hybrid role. This is a great opportunity to work alongside experienced partners, manage your own caseload, and gain strong litigation experience in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

⚖️ What You’ll Do:
• Defend workers’ compensation claims across a variety of industries
• Manage a full caseload with the support of partners
• Conduct depositions of parties, witnesses, medical providers, and experts
• Represent clients in mediations and hearings before the Industrial Commission
• Draft motions, briefs, and legal documents
• Analyze claims, review medical records, and develop case strategy
• Respond to discovery, negotiate settlements, and maintain client reporting
• Build strong relationships with clients, including adjusters and risk managers

🔍 What We’re Looking For:
• Licensed in North Carolina
• 2+ years of Workers’ Compensation experience required
• Strong writing skills with deposition and mediation experience preferred
• Excellent research, communication, and analytical abilities
• Ability to work independently while managing deadlines effectively
• Organized, self-motivated, and client-focused
