Position:  General Practice Litigation Associate Attorney 

Location: Phoenix Arizona

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a litigation caseload with increasing independence
• Handle all aspects of civil litigation, including:Work closely with partners and mentors on case strategy
• Deliver exceptional client service and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of litigation experience 
• Proactive, positive, and highly motivated mindset
• Strong work ethic and desire to grow professionally
• Active member of the Arizona State Bar (required)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: Starting at $120,000 (DOE)
• Bonuses for both exceeding billable hour requirements and discretionary bonuses based on profitability

• Hybrid schedule available after probation
