Transactional Attorney – Land Use & Commercial Real Estate (Wine Industry Focus)
Location: St Helena, CA (Onsite)

A well-established Sonoma County firm is seeking a Transactional Attorney (4–7+ years) to support its growing practice, with a focus on land use and commercial real estate matters within the wine industry.

This role offers the opportunity to work with wineries, vineyard owners, and developers on a range of sophisticated transactions tied to one of the region’s core industries.

Responsibilities:

• Handle land use and commercial real estate transactions from start to finish
• Advise on winery and vineyard development and expansions
• Manage acquisitions, dispositions, and financings
• Conduct title and due diligence review
• Navigate local land use and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• 4–7+ years of experience in land use and/or commercial real estate transactions
• Experience with winery, vineyard, or agricultural properties is a plus
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent writing, research, and communication skills
• Ability to manage matters independently and work collaboratively
