Confidential Attorney Opportunity – Litigation Associate (0–5 Years Experience)

Location: Los Angeles, CA

A well-established and highly respected AV-rated litigation firm is seeking a newly admitted to 5th-year Litigation Associate to join its Los Angeles office. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside seasoned trial attorneys in a collaborative and supportive environment with strong mentorship and long-term growth potential.

Founded in 1991, the firm has built a reputation as a premier litigation practice, with attorneys who have collectively taken over 150 cases to verdict. The firm represents a diverse client base including Fortune 500 companies, major insurance carriers (both domestic and London markets), and businesses across a wide range of industries.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will be a motivated and detail-oriented attorney interested in developing strong litigation skills. Associates will gain hands-on experience and meaningful responsibility early in their careers.

Work Arrangement

• On-site for the first 90 days
• Hybrid schedule thereafter (1 remote day per week)
• 160 billable hours per month

Compensation

• Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience; candidates encouraged to present salary expectations)
• Monthly bonus structure:
  • Hourly bonus for net billables exceeding 160 hours (after adjustments)
• Originations bonus:
  • 10% of fees collected on client matters originated by the attorney
