Lead Architectural Designer Location: Hilton Head, SC

The Opportunity Join a growing, design-driven firm where you’ll own projects, lead design, and work directly with clients on high-end residential homes. This is a strong next step for a designer ready to move into a leadership role.

What You’ll Do

• Lead design from concept through construction documents
• Work directly with clients to bring their vision to life
• Design within ARB guidelines and local requirements
• Handle as-builts, site verification, and coordination
• Mentor junior team members as the team grows

What You Bring

• Strong architectural design experience (beyond drafting)
• Ability to run projects independently
• Client-facing confidence and communication skills
• Knowledge of ARB/regulatory guidelines
• Pursuing licensure preferred
