Job Description

A well-established Texas-based General Contractor is actively seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team in a fully remote capacity.

This role will support a strong pipeline of commercial, K-12, and light industrial projects valued up to $50M. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can operate independently, manage multiple estimates, and bring consistency and reliability to the team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for commercial and light industrial projects
• Analyze plans, specifications, and project requirements
• Manage multiple estimates simultaneously
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and design professionals
• Track and evaluate project costs and scope changes

Qualifications:

• 5–10+ years of estimating experience within a General Contractor environment
• Experience with commercial, educational, or light industrial projects
• Strong work history demonstrating stability and performance
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
