Foreman – Civil / Sitework Construction

We are seeking an experienced Foreman to lead crews on civil and sitework construction projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong background in earthwork and underground utilities who can drive production and keep crews operating efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise field crews on sitework construction projects
• Coordinate daily activities including clearing, excavation, grading, and utility installation
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to plans and specifications
• Communicate daily goals and expectations to crew members
• Work closely with the Superintendent to maintain schedules and productivity
• Operate equipment as needed and assist crews in the field
• Identify and resolve issues in real time
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite

Qualifications:

• Experience in civil/sitework construction required
• Strong background in clearing, excavation, grading, and underground utilities
• Proven ability to lead crews and manage daily production
• Ability to read plans and understand grade/slope requirements
• Strong work ethic and leadership skills
