A well-established and growing law firm in Raleigh is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney to join their team in a flexible hybrid role. This is a strong opportunity to work on complex matters while continuing to build your litigation career in a collaborative environment.
⚖️ What You’ll Do:
• Manage civil litigation cases from start to finish
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Conduct depositions, hearings, and court appearances
• Collaborate with attorneys on case strategy and client matters
🔍 What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years of experience in commercial litigation, insurance defense, professional liability defense, and/or construction defect litigation
• Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
• Licensed and in good standing in North Carolina
