Estimator- Heavy Civil

A highly-respected Heavy Civil Contractor in the Houston Area, with a backlog of projects, is seeking an Estimator to join their growing team. Looking for someone with excellent people skills and proven work history with site development and heavy highway construction.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience estimating Heavy Civil Construction
  • Responsible to oversee profit and loss relating to assigned projects and will develop regular margin projections
  • Developing and managing estimates on multiple, simultaneous projects
  • Work with clients and design teams
  • Track, price and negotiate project cost changes
