Your Responsibilities:
Draft legal descriptions for boundary surveys, construction documentation, and calculations.
Split time between fieldwork and office responsibilities.
Maintain a professional, solutions-focused presence with clients and teams.
Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Troubleshoot project issues and deliver high-quality surveying solutions.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 4 years of experience in land surveying.
Background in residential and commercial projects preferred.
Familiarity with the local market is a strong plus.
Comfortable working in both field and office settings.
Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
Skilled in coordinating with engineers and creating construction documentation.
Licensed Professional Land Surveyor in the state of employment—or ability to obtain licensure quickly.
Solid understanding of the full surveying process.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and experience with field instrumentation required.
