Heavy Civil Superintendent / Foreman (Toledo Area | Local Work)

A well-established commercial contractor in the Toledo market is looking to add a Heavy Civil Superintendent or Foreman to lead their self-perform civil crew (~5 people). This company has been in business for ~30 years and does approximately $60M annually, with a strong backlog and repeat clients.

They perform diverse commercial work with a strong focus on restaurant and retail projects, handling much of their site work and civil scopes in-house.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a self-perform civil/site crew (approx. 5)
• Oversee site work, grading, utilities, and concrete scopes
• Coordinate daily operations to keep projects on schedule and efficient

Project Experience:

• Commercial projects ranging from $800K – $10M
• Heavy focus on restaurant ground-ups and site packages
• Mix of site development, utilities, and flatwork

Qualifications:

• Heavy Civil Superintendent or strong Foreman ready to step up
• Experience leading crews in site work, utilities, grading, or concrete
• Comfortable in a hands-on, self-perform environment
• Strong leadership and ability to take ownership of work
